News: Ironman South Africa is coming up; Collins Cup News; Knives are out for Super League not having females; Rinny is pregnant; positive test for ITU athletes.

This Weeks Discussion: Peter Cousin sent through this weeks question: Is this comment correct with regards to Olympic distance v’s IM. It’s OK to be slow at 70.3 & ironman but not so much at olympic distance for age groupers?

Interview: This week we have an interview with Chad Holderbaum. We talk about his transition from being a top age grouper to becoming a pro and The Run Across Haiti. You can check out Chads work here at www.project942.com and the fundraising site he talked about www.teamtassy.org

Interview: John 'The Mountain Snail' Hancock did the Breca Wanaka last weekend, so get him on the show to talk through the event.

News: Super League thoughts and results; WTH files.

Age Grouper of the Week: Richard Swan sent through Duane Braithwaite for this weeks Age Grouper. Duane got his legacy slot at Ironman New Zealand a couple weeks ago, he's a great example of why this is a good programme. Here's an article that The Herald did on Duane

This Weeks Photo: Here's a great photo of Rich Hampton in the finishing area at Challenge Wanaka. He had just gone through Bevan's 'Tunnel of Love'.

Interview: This week we have an interview with an Age Grouper who got to Kona without any athletic history, his name is Darren Cronshaw. He shares what he did to achieve this goal.

Wanger of the Week: This week we look at the Slippery (most swim time) category.

News: Super League is coming up; Some 70.3 result;  A deeper look at ways to get to Kona; What the Hell files.

This Weeks Discussion: We want you to think of all of the interviews we have done over the years, on both IMTalk and Legends of Triathlon, and to tell us which one is your favourite. Give us your favourite female and male pro's and non pro athletes interviews. Comment here

Age Grouper of the Week: Coach Peter Clifford sent through Admad Mardini. Admad is an ITU development athlete who lives in Aleppo. Even though he is living in a war torn area he is still keeping his training up, truly inspirational.

Statstastic: This week we look at 1996 and how it was the first time a European male athlete won Kona.

Website of the Week: www.cleansport.org

Wanger of the Week: This week we look at the most run time.

News: Results from Ironman New Zealand; ITU Update; The WTF segment.

This Weeks Discussion: As athletes we can get to the place where we are making practical decisions around our nutrition, where we only look at it as fuel. This can mean that our food choices can be a bit weird, like the guy Bevan talked about on the show who has sardines with weetbix. This week we want to know what are the weird food choices you have made because 'food is just a fuel'.

Interview: Ironman New Zealand winner Jocelyn McCauley is on the show. She absolutely smoked the race, pulling off a sub 3 hour run! She talks us through her day. Here is her website: www.jocelynmccauley.com

Interview: We also have another interview with an age grouper who has turned pro, Kimberley Morrison. She has achieved some great results in her time as a pro. Here is her website: www.kimberleymorrison.co.uk

Wanger of the Week: We have our latest wanger of the week.
