Take some work to do (stuff that doesn’t have deadlines attached.) 3. Have a list of things to do, tourist things, during the week. 4. Clean bike. 5. Spend extra time stretching. Age Grouper of the week Natsha Lydiard from New Zealand came 2nd at the Long Course World Championships in Australia. Natsha had a 1:11:16 swim, 4:32:51 bike and a 2:47:53 run for a total time of 8:32:02. Well done Natsha, good luck with your future. Website of the Week We have two websites this week.
